At Rebalance Health, Inc., we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packaging is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
